Zusammenfassung: | The paper considers the application of engineering methods QFD, FMEA to improve cylindrical joints with guaranteed interference fit. An expert assessment of the existing approaches to obtaining joints with a guaranteed interference fit, an assessment of the importance of the components and processes of obtaining a connection with an interference fit using QFD and FMEA methods was carried out. A technology is proposed for using a power drive made of an alloy with a shape memory effect (SME) to improve the quality of joints with guaranteed interference fit. A diagram of the proposed process and the results of an experimental study of the dependence of contact pressures on the magnitude of the radial distribution of an annular strength element made of an alloy with a SME are presented. |
