Zusammenfassung: | The aluminum-based hybrid composites were studied. They consisted of Al matrix with hard intermetallic particles and soft Sn inclusions. The investigated samples were prepared by sintering of briquettes consisting of the mixtures of elemental Al, Fe and Sn powders. Their phase composition was defined by the method of X-ray analysis. Tribological tests were carried out under dry friction against steel according to the scheme pin-on-disk. Mechanical properties of the sintered hybrid composites were defined under the compression test. The relationship between the structure of the composites and their tribomechanical properties was established, and its features were defined. |
