Zusammenfassung: | In this work the effect of electron-beam welding of 3D-printed samples of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy on the propagation pattern of fatigue cracks under cyclic tension was explored. It has been established that the EBF3 destruction mechanism of Ti-6Al-4V samples with a weld is determined by the microstructure in the notch zone. High values of fatigue strength are characterized by EBF3 samples of Ti-6Al-4V with a weld and a notch in the area of the base material, where a microstructure consisting of columnar primary β grains with a martensitic α'-phase inside is formed. |
