Zusammenfassung:As microwave assisted preparation is a green synthesis technique, present work focus on preparation of Mn2O3 nanoparticles in that easier method and evaluation of its structural properties and morphological variations. Annealing process greatly influences the structural and morphology of nanoparticles and hence prepared Mn2O3 were annealed at three different temperatures 300, 500 and 700 °C. Micro structural changes were monitored through XRD and FTIR measurements. Surface morphology was imaged in SEM and its dependency to annealing temperature was confirmed. The band gap evaluation wasanalyzed by ultraviolet - visible spectrometer(UV-Vis).
