Zusammenfassung:The present study conducted on thirty male patients who were infected with scabies. Blood samples collected before and after treatment in addition to 30 male controls, were used in immunological study to determine the effect of infection with scabies on concentrations of Tropomyosin, Paramyosin, Melatonin, and Cathepsin-D before and after treatment. All these cases were collected from Healthy centers of camps Kaparto1and 2, Sharyia and Khanki in Duhok governorate and diagnosed by light microscopic method for examining the Sarcoptes scabiei mite or its eggs, at laboratories of these centers from March 2019 to about 30 January 2020.
