Measurement and evaluation: The development level of three rural industrial integrations–take Sichuan Province as an example

In this study, an evaluation index system for the development of three rural industrial integrations has been built; the entropy weight method was used to measure the development level of the three rural industries in Sichuan Province. The result indicates that from 2009 to 2018, the comprehensive score of the three industrial integration development levels in rural areas of Sichuan Province has increased year by year. In addition, there are large differences in the specific scores of each dimension, among which urban-rural integration is developing rapidly, and the agricultural multi-functional expansion dimension is slightly insufficient. In conclusion, to promote the development of the integration of the three industries in rural Sichuan, we should vigorously develop ecological farming agriculture, remove funding restrictions, and strengthen related supporting construction.
