Zusammenfassung:Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, also known as Rehmannia glutinosa, is sweet in taste and mild in nature. It is produced by processing from the root tubers of Rehmannia in the Scrophulariaceae. Radix Rehmanniae contains catalpol, carbohydrates, digoxigenin, amino acids, digoxigenin (ABD, etc.) and a variety of chemical trace elements. It is commonly used in the treatment of blood insufficiency, vertigo disease, premature graying hair, deficiency of liver and kidney, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, tinnitus, deafness, and thirst. Rehmannia also has the function of replenishing blood and supplementing body essence and marrow, which can enhance the body's immunity, anti-oxidation, inhibit tumor development, promote hematopoiesis, and anti-aging. This article mainly reviews the research on the pharmacological effects of Radix Rehmanniae in recent years.
