Zusammenfassung: | Tuberculosis is a global threat that is found worldwide. This paper is a modification of the existing SEIR epidemic model of tuberculosis infection by incorporating educational counselling, treatment and vaccination as an intervention strategies. The model was analyzed by using the system of first order linear equations. The disease free equilibrium represented by E f was established and effective basic reproduction number generally represented by Rc has been obtained by using the next generation operator.
