Zusammenfassung: | Frequency dependent dielectric properties of orthorhombic rare earth manganite; Dy0.55Sr0.45Mn0.8Fe0.2O3 at various temperatures revealed multiple relaxation times indicating non-Debye model. Analysis of ac conductivity data showed three dimensional Variable Range Hopping (VRH) type of conduction at low temperatures. Nyquist diagrams displayed depressed semi circles pointing to inhomogeneities in the system where conductivity is influenced by multivalent charge carriers, grains and grain boundaries. |
