Zusammenfassung: | In processing metals by pressure like cold-drawing reduction, face broaching, extrusion forging, cold rolling, etc., it is observed that the work of external forces at various ways of complex strain is of less than at simple loading ones. These effects were established in experimental studies and can be explained by Ilyushin’s theory of elastoplastic processes and the so-called “damping memory” principle or the principle of delay of vector and scalar properties of material. Here described so effects in theoretical calculation by Ilyushin’s approach. |
