Numerical modeling of hydraulic fracturing with foams and energized fluids

Using the previously developed modified pseudo-three-dimensional hydraulic fracturing model the effect of the presence of ф gas component in the fracturing fluid on the fracture geometry is investigated. The conditions for which the compressibility factor of gas should be taken into account were obtained and corresponding foam fracturing cases were simulated numerically.
