Zusammenfassung: | The paper presents the methodology and results of an experiment for process-induced strain measurement in a concrete sample during four months, beginning from the time of its manufacture, with the help of fiber-optic sensors on Bragg gratings. Along with experimental data, results related to the calculation of strain based on physical quantities obtained from fiber-optic strain sensors on Bragg gratings are presented. The aim of this study is to obtain theoretical and experimental results that provide the reasonable use of fiber-optic sensors on Bragg gratings embedded in concrete structures for measuring strains. The mechanism of reverse shrinkage of a cylindrical concrete sample was revealed and described. Recommendations on reducing process-induced strains are given. |
