Zusammenfassung:This paper presents the results of numerical simulation of a synchronous infrared thermography process for non-destructive testing of a composite three-layer panel with a honeycomb core. Ansys 14.5 software product was used as a calculation tool. Using this software, the problem of non-stationary thermal conductivity was calculated by the finite element method. The problem was considered in three dimensional projections. Convective and radiant heat transfers with the environment were taken into mathematical model. Based on the numerical modeling results, the changes in temperature fields on the control object surface were obtained for calculation cases, which allowed assessing the possibility of detecting defects, as well as determining the time of defects occurrence during non-destructive testing by synchronous thermography method.
