Zusammenfassung:The Zn-Mg ferrite samples of general formula Zn0.5Mg0.5Fe2-xDyxO4 (where x =0.0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.10) have been prepared from high purity oxides by using standard solid state reaction technique. X-ray diffraction analysis shows the formation the samples in the cubic phase at room temperature with space group Fd3m. it is observed that lattice parameter is increases and crystallite size decreases with the substitution of Dy3+. The dielectric measurements were carried out at room temperature as a function of frequency. The experimental results reveal that dielectric constant and dielectric loss decrease as frequency increases.
