Zusammenfassung:Food SMEs develop very rapidly in Bandung, one of which is a fish nuggets product. They produce fish nuggets but have not yet paid attention to the total use of energy which impacts the byproduct emissions from the process. The purpose of this study is to determine the energy and emissions released into the environment. Energy use and emissions are calculated for every 1 kg of finished product. The energy used during production is measured through the use of human energy, electricity, petroleum gas and gasoline. Emission are measured by calculating CO2, SO2, and NOx gases released during the production process. The results of the study show that the energy needed to produce 1 kg of fish nuggets is 339.64 MJ. The emissions released are 138032 g CO2; 1.13 g SO2; and 8.68 NOx. The input given to SMEs from the results of this study is the selection of expeditions for the distribution of products and the use of efficient production equipment.
