Zusammenfassung:This work deals with mechanical property analysis of dual material of different percentages (70-30%, 50-50% and planar offset component) which was fabricated by 3D printing. The materials used are Vero blue and High temperature material. CAD modeling was done layer by layer such that on the surface of one material layer another material layer is placed in alternating fashion. The CAD model is changed to .stl format and fabricated by polyjet 3D printing machine. After fabrication tensile test is done in Universal testing machine. The experimental tensile strength and displacement are compared with FEA analysis with various connection properties. The property which closely matches with experimental result is taken as the mating property between two materials in Polyjet 3D printed parts. The particular connection property is used for analysis with different percentages. From the results obtained it can be concluded that the particular connection property can be used for analysis if dual material is fabricated by polyjet 3D printing.
