Zusammenfassung: | The stability of polyaniline as N-doped material has presented excellent improving the properties of active material to enhance the lithium ion storage capabilities. Olivine-type of LiFePO4 are prepared by using a solid-state method from Li2CO3 and Fe2P2O7/C powder with addition polyaniline as nitrogen source at various temperatures. The characterization shows that the LiFePO4/C was doped by polyaniline exhibits higher crystallinity due to polyaniline can hinder oxidation process ion Fe2+ into Fe3+. Moreover, the SEM image shows addition polyaniline at a lower temperature can generate lower grain size and few agglomeration particles with irregular shapes. LiFePO4/PANI was calcined at 670°C gives the highest discharge capacity of 107.16 mAh/g at 0.001C. |
