Zusammenfassung:The purpose of the study is to analyze the impacts of anthropogenic heat emissions on dispersion of the automobiles emission products in the atmosphere. In a dense multistoried urban development the increase in temperature of surface layers of air over the highways contributes to the formation of local convective flows carrying contaminated air masses outside the “street canyon”. The calculations of local updraft for the stretch of Rostov-on-Don road network are performed for winter and summer seasons under stable and unstable atmospheric conditions. The correlations between the height of the rise of heated (contaminated) air masses and the average speed of the traffic flow are revealed. The field of application of the obtained results includes simulation of the processes of dispersion of exhaust gases components of vehicles in the atmosphere.
