Snezhinka (snowflake) student stratospheric flying vehicle

The paper provides basic information about Snezhinka (Snowflake) student stratospheric flying vehicle developed by students of the Bauman MSTU. This flying vehicle was designed for launching to the lower stratosphere in a balloon as part of F. Konyukhov experimental expedition. The stratospheric flying vehicle arrangement and layout, basic information about the on-board hardware, power supply system, composition and characteristics of peripheral devices, composition of telemetry and data transfer protocol and ground station are presented.
