Application of results remote sensing of the earth to ensure the safety of the territory

In this paper, the authors proposed the option of using the information reference system in order to solve various operational tasks necessary for quick maneuver by forces and means of dealing with emergency situations of natural and man-made nature, as well as organizing the primary life support of the population affected by them.
