Zusammenfassung: | The quality of industrial compressed air is determined by the standard GOST R ISO 8573-1-2016, which provides several levels (classes) of residual moisture content of air produced by the compressor station. Depending on the level of residual moisture content, the main flow schemes of the equipment performing the drying of compressible air are presented. It is shown that the current adsorption drying processes substantially expanded mainly due to the use of various adsorbents regeneration circuits as compared with conventional basic technologies of cold and hot regeneration, known as PSA technology - pressure swing adsorption and TSA - temperature swing adsorption respectively [2,3]. Based on the experience of known works in this field [1,5,6,7], it is proposed to use the method of express analysis in the design of equipment as a compressed-air dryers and compressor systems in general using I-d diagram of humid air for operating pressures. Examples of the analysis of the process of compressing and dehumidifying the air according to the presented technological schemes are given. The processes of adsorption and regeneration in the latest generation of dryers, proposed by the leaders of the compressor market, are considered. The described method of express analysis of technological processes is of interest both at the design stage and in the industrial operation of modern compressor stations. |
