Zusammenfassung:The aim of this paper is to study fractional ideals over some domains like local ring and principal ideal domain. We verified that any two non-zero fractional ideal in a Dedekind-domain is invertible if and only if it is projective and then it has rank equal one. We introduced the relationship between the fractional ideal and principal ideal domain. Finally, a new results about fractional ideals are investigated.
