Zusammenfassung: | The article highlights the role of the discipline “Foreign Language” in the education and training of highly qualified specialists in Electric Power Industry and Electric Engineering. This significant role is stated in Federal State Educational Standards of RF in concern with the contribution into future electrical engineers’ competences. Varied forms and means of teaching a foreign language are presented as a complex to meet up-to-date requirements in language training at technical colleges and departments. To illustrate this the authors describe an assignment for setting a forum- like business game on the urgent issues of power supply industry. |
