The percentages of plasma membrane intact of sperm for additional sucrose of 0,2 g / 100 ml extender (62,33 ± 6,51%) was significantly higher than (P < 0,05) the control (49,40 ± 2,19%). In conclusion, the additional of sucrose into the semen extenders could improve the quality of the Garut ram’s frozen semen. The addition of sucrose 0,2 g/100 ml extender is optimal dose to improve the quality of frozen semen of Garut rams. |
