Zusammenfassung:Experimental study of efficiency of the radar data interferometric processing algorithms is complicated by the fact that a quantitative result can be obtained only after the entire processing procedure is finished. So it is difficult to estimate the effectiveness of the individual processing stages, i.e, the multilooking, phase noise suppression. For accuracy estimation at such steps, method of the reference digital elevation model inverse transformation is proposed and tested on ALOS PALSAR data samples.
