Zusammenfassung:In the present work, we have investigated the thermoelectric properties of LaFe0.1Co0.9O3 (LFCO) compound. Sample was synthesized by using the sol-gel method. Room temperature X-ray diffraction pattern were collected for the structural confirmation. The calculated value of crystallite size using Debye scherrer formula is ∼23 nm. The value of Seebeck coefficient (α) measurement were performed in 300-600 K temperature range. In the entire temperature region under study, we observed positive Seebeck coefficient, and an overall improvement in the magnitude of the Seebebck coefficient is found. The magnitude of α are found to be ∼928 µV/K and ∼83 µV/K at ∼300 K and ∼600 K, respectively.
