Partial ordering of k-unitary bimatrices by using φ

We obtain the partial ordering of k-unitary bimatrices and also discuss some of its properties. We have concatenate the partial unitary matrix with the bimatrix and determine the non-negative definite values for k-Hermitian bimatrix. We discuss the normal bimatrix which satisfies unitary bimatrix of partial ordering of φ.
