Zusammenfassung: | The basic magnetic properties of isolated skyrmions in thin films are fundamental to understanding the physics of magnetic skyrmions and their applications in potential spintronic devices. Here, we study the static and dynamic magnetic properties of isolated skyrmions under an in-plane magnetic field and a magnetic anisotropy gradient using micromagnetic simulations. The results demonstrate that the rotational symmetry of skyrmions is broken under the in-plane field. The radius and domain wall width of the isolated skyrmion exhibits the dependence of the external stimuli. Furthermore, the skyrmion velocity can be effectively modulated by the anisotropy gradient as well as the in-plane field. An analysis model is also derived. This work may provide guidance for the design of next-generation spintronic devices. |
