Zusammenfassung:Complex dielectric permittivity ε*(ω) = ε′(ω) − jε"(ω)of the binary mixtures of the methyl iso butyl ketone and dimethyl silicone fluid in the frequency range 100 Hz to 2 MHz were measured using precision LCR meter at 303.15 K temperature. Complex modulus M*(ω) and complex conductivity σ*(ω) were calculated using the dielectric function ε*(ω). Ionic polarization relaxation time (τσ) and D.C. conductivity (σdc) were also calculated using modulus and conductivity spectra respectively. Modulus and conductivity spectra are used to gain information about the effect of concentration variation of components of the mixtures on the electrical properties.
