Some general q-shift difference equation and their meromorphic solutions

We obtain meromorphic solutions of generalized q-shift difference equations of the form c1(z)P(h)Ω(h) + c2(z)Ω(h) + c3(z) ≡ 0 using Tumura-Clunie theorem, where h(z) is meromorphic function.
