Zusammenfassung:Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) recently known as the most potential marker for ovarian reserve. Previous study by Wiweko, et al to 1616 subject proved that AMH can be used to predict female biological age earlier than Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Antral Follicle Count (AFC). AMH Normogram from the study is programmed to Android based application as “Indonesian Kalkulator of Oocytes (IKO)” which has been widely used to help physician to give information about ovarian reserve and biological age to the patient. In this study, we aimed to validate the use of IKO application in daily practice especially in patient seeking for fertility treatment. AMH level from all 145 subjects, aged 18-40 years old, were measured on any other day during menstrual cycle, and then input to IKO application to predict their biological age. Questionnaire was given to subjects before and after provision of information about their biological age to see perspective or decision regarding reproductive life.
