Zusammenfassung: | The samples have undergone XRD analysis, morphological, dielectric and tensile tests. XRD analysis confirmed that the silicone rubber/CCTO composites have reacted when blended and the crystal structure changed from its original phase of CCTO and silicone rubber, respectively. SEM tests show that silicone rubber/CCTO has great cohesion of silicone rubber which created greater surface finish even at high wt%. The particle packing also determined the characteristics of the composite on dielectric properties and even mechanical properties. For silicone rubber/ CCTO, the dielectric constant when the CCTO loaded at 50 wt% is 42, while the CCTO loaded at 10 wt% is only 10. Thus, higher CCTO loading is preferred if higher dielectric constant required. |
