Zusammenfassung: | One of the tests of multi-element structures on a specialized stand is its loading with the help of a system of jacks. This loading simulates soil motion. The vertical displacement field, set by the jacks, is proposed to be controlled in operation by means of a hydrostatic leveling system (HLS) containing the necessary number of sensors. The transient processes that occur in the HLS affect the parameters of the measuring system – accuracy and response time. To estimate these parameters, a hydraulic model of a multi-segment HLS is proposed. Numerical modeling of the transient processes for the level has been carried out, the dimensions and number of the sensors of which are adapted for the structure under study, consisting of 12 columns. The analysis of these results allows selecting geometric parameters of the HLS to improve its performance, as well as the operating modes of loading devices. |
