Zusammenfassung:We show a possibility of synthesis of graphene with the modified surface in plasma jets at atmospheric pressure and study the properties of the obtained samples by means of the electron microscopy and thermal analysis. By the XPS method, we determine the modification degree of the graphene surface by the oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen atoms and hydroxyl groups. We show the influence of the carbon source type and the plasma-forming gas kind on the surface properties of the graphene flakes.
