Zusammenfassung:The authors present the results on the synthesis, transfer and investigation of graphene films by the method of chemical vapor deposition (CVD). This method allows the synthesis of graphene films, limited only by the area of the catalytic metal substrate - copper foil. The lamination method proposed for the transfer of CVD graphene to a transparent polymer film makes it possible to obtain flexible conductive films.
