Zusammenfassung: | The study discusses selected models converting the fatigue strength at rotary bending load to the fatigue strength at axial load. The models were verified based on the experimental data for AW 6063 T6 aluminium alloy and 1.4301 acid-resistant stainless steel. The verification showed that the fatigue strength can be converted from rotary bending load to axial load with good accuracy using the Esin model (the lowest error for 1.4301) or Lee model (the lowest error for AW 6063 T6). It also showed that the model accuracy depends on the material type. The fatigue characteristics for all models were on the safe side. |
