Zusammenfassung:Nanoceramics of aluminum-magnesium spinel doped with gadolinium ions were obtained. Morphological features of such ceramics were given. Optical absorption spectra were analyzed. There is an intense peak of thermally stimulated exoelectronic emission in opaque nanoceramics. Manufactured ceramics are promising for utilizing as material for electron radiation registration.
