Zusammenfassung:The paper focus on the numerical investigation of a pump impeller combined with an axial rotor for a double-flux pump storage. The axial rotor is investigated at variable speed between 2000 and 3000 rpm with a step size of 100 rpm, while the speed of the pump impeller is maintained constant at 2500 rpm. An improved cavitational behaviour is obtained for solution with axial rotor when the speed varies.
