Zusammenfassung: | The fracture toughness and cold resistance of low-carbon steels 10Mn2VNbAl and 12GBA subjected to different thermomechanical processing have been studied. It is shown that the helical rolling of 10Mn2VNbAl steel significantly improves its low-temperature fracture characteristics and reduces the ductile-brittle transition temperature from –32°C for the initial state to the temperature range below –55°C. As a result of warm rolling, the impact toughness KCV of 12GBA steel at room temperature increased 2.8 times. The test temperature reduction leads to a sharp decrease in the KCV values, with the ductile-brittle transition temperature maintained at the level of the initial state of the steel. |
