Zusammenfassung: | A report novel preparation ZnO nano materials is reported ZnO nanostructures were were prepared on a oxidized quartz substrate by hydrothermaly controlled method. hydrothermal technidue with help of di-ionized DI H2O. The was conducted via hydrochloric acid (HCl) for pretreatment, Zn material O were mixed in butoxide with composition ratio of 1:1:0.04. The mixture stabilized using to form film; this was subsequently transformed to ZnO nanowire by growing under specific incremental in time for15 minimun heat flow for 3h with constant temperature applied 200 °C. The resulting ZnO nanostructures were characterized. The average diameter of the ZnO nanostructures were between 10.55 to 50nm. The material was further characterized for better understanding of its optical properties in order to predict its photo catalysis mechanism. Thus, the material owing to the fact that possessed photon induced absorption capability it has shown an excellent water repellent potential when integrated with kenaf polymer based composite. |
