Zusammenfassung: | Two types of nanostructured materials have been synthesized by the template sol-gel method. It has been demonstrated that the structure of nanostructured samples is determined, first of all, by the type of the used template. At using the carbon template, the Zr-dopant enters the structure of TiO2 (anatase), thus distorting the crystal lattice. Using the siloxane-acrylate emulsion as a template results in the fact that the zirconium-enriched phase is located in the anatase inter-crystallite space. Good prospects of practical application of the fabricated materials were shown. |
