Zusammenfassung: | Broadband optically tunable diffractive optical elements (DOEs) were used to generate structured optical beams with considerably increased focal depth. Such beams were justified for high-performance ablative and translative printing of various plasmonic elements via high-efficiency multiplexing of femtosecond Gaussian-shaped laser beams to multiple micro-beams. The increased focal depth of such DOEs and easy-to-implement optical structuring of output beams as well as their high multiplexing efficiency make them very useful devices for high-performance laser fabrication of surface-enhanced infrared absorption sensors. |
