Zusammenfassung:The substitution of group-I and or group V elements on Zn-site and O-site respectively are challenge that needs to be overcome for the realization of the most ZnO based application materials. The process of fabrication to obtain high quality crystal samples in various structures should be handled carefully with precaution. ZnO and Li doped ZnO have been fabricated via sol-gel method. The samples have been observed by means of X-ray diffractometer, Thermal gravimetry analyzer (TGA), and FTIR. The characterization results show similar to commercial powder for undoped ZnO while Li doped ZnO show a shifting in crystallographic properties. It concludes that fabrication of high quality ZnO and Li doped ZnO was accomplished.
