Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in Co2Fe0.4Mn0.6Si
We report perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) in the half-metallic ferromagnetic Heusler alloy Co2Fe0.4Mn0.6Si (CFMS) in a MgO/CFMS/Pd trilayer stack.
