Determination of K shell absorption jump factors for As, Se, Sr, Ag, Ba, La and Ce compounds

In this study, K-shell jump factors and jump ratios for present elements have been obtained using the experimental values of the parameters σKα, FKα, ω K and IKβ/IKα. The theoretical values of σt and σts have been calculated using WinXcom. The present results were compared with theoretical values for elemental values. We could not make any comparison of the results of the As, Se, Sr, Ag, Ba, La and Ce compounds since there are no experimental and theoretical values for these compounds in the literature. The jump factors and jump ratios for As, Se, Sr, Ag, Ba, La and Ce compounds are being reported here for the first time.
