Zusammenfassung:It is shown that a new type weakly damped acoustic plasmons can propagate in a quasi-one-dimensional conductor in an external static magnetic field H. These are due to the presence of spin subbands in the electron spectrum and are accompanied by forced oscillations of the magnetic moment of the sample. The dependence of the velocity and amplitude of these waves on the magnetic field strength H is found.
