Quantum dispersion properties of eigenmodes in semiconductor nanotubes with dielectric filling in dc magnetic field

We also found that the dispersion curves have parts with anomalous dispersion. The analytical expression for electron energy loss due to the excitation of eigenmodes under the Cherenkov resonance condition is derived and numerically analyzed. |
