Zusammenfassung: | The article presents the results of a mixed study, carried out with a 35-year-old adult patient, diagnosed with traumatic skull traumatic left focal haemorrhagic left parietal contusion. The purpose of this research was to demonstrate the progress of an adult male patient who suffered cranioencephalic trauma when performing aerobic exercise, counter-resistance while performing cognitive training, for twelve weeks and three weekly sessions. The results show an improvement in the maximum oxygen consumption of 30%, in addition to cognitive level the patient obtained improvements in the speed of response, as well as the response to the token-test commands at the end of the 36 sessions. Similarly, interview responses to the wife before and after the intervention show an improvement in short-term memory, information processing, and response time. In conclusion, we can appreciate the importance of physical exercise interventions combined with cognitive training, to improve the physical, cognitive and emotional appearance of the patient suffering from cranioencephalic trauma, while providing an improvement in the quality of life Of the person who participates in this intervention. |
