Facial diplegia as a manifestation of neuroleptospirosis

Abstract This case series describes the clinical and paraclinical findings in two young men with bilateral peripheral facial palsy or facial diplegia during the convalescent period of leptospirosis, who recovered neurologically without sequelae.
