Zusammenfassung: | 390 analyses of macrofossils out of raised bog peat are appointed to seven associations and divided into subassociations and variants according to the known methods. It is true, these communities have the same dominant character species (Sphagnum spp.), but they show very distinct differences in their species inventory to the recent associations. Ombrogene bogs had considerable less species in the last 3000 years than today. In the last centuries 20 species, among them 12 character species of the Oxycocco-Sphagnetea, which at first existed only on ombro-rheogene bogs, immigrated on pure ombrogene bogs, so that the today known communities came into existence. |
